• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML obligations.
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the date of the gaming activity.

The minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years old, and 5jli enforces this requirement rigorously through our KYC and age verification procedures.
