1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 5jli ("5jli," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 5jli online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://5jli.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action. Any winnings accrued through an account opened in breach of the age requirement will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 5jli Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 5jli Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5jli reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

• Account Ownership: Your 5jli account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to use your account to place wagers on your behalf.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5jli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 5jli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted. Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 5jli account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to process depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's banking section. 5jli reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable transaction limits, are specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 5jli complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 5jli reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5jli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 5jli reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10. Privacy & Data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5jli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

5jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5jli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

5jli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments
